Please read carefully before you make a booking

- Clients will be asked to prepay/pay a NON-REFUNDABLE 20% deposit ($10 minimum for lash extensions and $100 for Cosmetic Tattoo towards their visit when booking future appointments, to secure your appointment and would be deducted for “no shows”. This is not booking fee, deposit will be deducted to your service price at the appointment. In special case only, we can consider to refund 80% of your deposit if you can give us enough notice (at least 48 hours)

- Student who make a training booking will be ask to pay $500 - $1000 non-refundable deposit . In special case only, we can consider to refund 80% of your deposit if you can give us enough notice (at least 1 week )

- Please ensure you are on time for your appointment as a courtesy to the client that follows, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, although we will do our best we cannot guarantee we will be able to complete your treatment for you. 

- Any no shows or late notice cancellations will be charged as full service price. We require these fees to be paid before your next appointment with us. If your treatment is unable to be completed due to being late, the above cancellation policy may apply.
